Court time reservations are available for 2 hours, various times during the day (Monday-Friday). Only one player from your group needs to register ahead of time for your desired court time. Bring your own paddle or borrow one of ours! Players should wear comfortable clothes, athletic shoes and bring a bottle of water. Reservations open on the 20th of each month at 7:00 AM. (ie: June reservations will be open on May 20 at 7AM).

    Review the rules of the road, learn new information regarding today’s cars, and update your driving skills. Those over the age of 55 qualify to receive a 10% discount on their auto insurance following the completion of the 8-hour basic course. To maintain this discount, a 4-hour refresher course is required every three years. Instructor: Minnesota Safety Council.

  • Wedding Dance Rescue!

    Your wedding day is nearing and you don't know how to dance. Not to worry! In this single 2 hour lesson you and your fiancé will be taught everything you need to know to make your first dance much more interesting than shifting awkwardly from side to side. Learn an entrance onto the dance floor, easy steps and turns that fit with most songs, and an impressive dip to end your dance! Class is geared to bride & groom, but father/daughter, mother/son, and parents of the bride/groom may also attend. Mat Pilates is a form of exercises that can be modified for all to participate. The key components are: incorporating & understanding the importance of your breath, increasing awareness and improving balance & posture, strengthening and toning the muscles in the body, with a strong emphasis on the core.   • Strength and Balance for Adults 55+

    This group class will help older adults regain strength, balance and flexibility to reduce falls and increase independence. Classes are taught by nationally certified fitness professionals, all trainers have been certified in the Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program (AFEP). The Arthritis Foundation certification indicates that your trainer has had additional training to help adapt exercises and movements to better accommodate those participants who have arthritis. You do not have to have arthritis to participate in this class. All fitness levels welcome! Class meets twice a week. Instructor: Live 2 B Healthy.

    Looking for a new fitness class that is fun, effective, and close to home? Barre Basics is a new group exercise class being offered through Community Education. This class will offer a wide variety of low-impact exercises that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga and strength training. Barre focuses on engaging specific muscles until they reach fatigue, followed by stretching to create long, lean, and toned muscles. Barre is a great way to build total body strength, improve flexibility, and relieve stress. This class is open to all fitness levels. Modifications are always available to help you safely perform exercises throughout class. Please bring yoga mat, resistance band, and a light set of handweights (2lb or similar).   • Intro to Dragon Boat Racing for Women

    Experience the exhilarating sport of Dragon boat racing! Soaring down a race course in a long, narrow, canoe-like boat--20 paddlers moving in synchronicity toward that finish line--is a feeling like nothing else! Here’s an opportunity to enjoy learning this sport, meet new people and spend time on our beautiful White Bear Lake! Try it out! There will be four weekly training sessions with a race and catered picnic on the last day! Paddles, boat and life jackets provided (though if you have your own life jacket, please bring it) Requirements: women must be at least age 18 AND have a basic level of fitness. When: Practice is on Mondays from 7-8:00 PM (June 10, 17, 24, July 8) Race Day: Saturday, July 13 from 8:00AM - Noon Location: Practices at Matoska Park in White Bear Lake. Oliver escapes London and finds acceptance amongst some thieves and pickpockets led by the elderly Fagin. When Oliver is captured for a theft he didn’t commit, Mr. Brownlow takes him in and this leads to Fagin wanting to kidnap him back! Will Oliver find the true love of family?
