Account & RegistrationHow will you contact me about my class?We use the email address and phone number in your Eleyo account to share updates, changes, and cancellations. Please keep your contact information current.What if I need to make a change to my enrollment or registered for the wrong session?Please contact the Community Education office for assistance.What do I do if I notice I have multiple accounts?Contact the Community Education office, and we’ll help merge your accounts. Accessibility & Participation What if I or my child needs support or accommodations?We’re happy to help. Please contact us before the program begins so we can plan how to best support you.Can I opt out of photos or videos?Yes. Email communityed@isd832.net to opt out. Additional policies apply to K–12 students. What if I need help with class fees or discounts?Financial assistance and discounts (such as UCare discounts and gift certificates) are not applied online. Visit our Financial Assistance & Discounts page for details, or contact the Community Education office before registering. Cancellations and RefundsWhat happens if a class is cancelled?Classes may be cancelled due to low enrollment or emergency school closures. Participants will be notified using the contact information in their Eleyo account. What is your refund policy?Refunds require at least five days’ notice before a class begins (unless otherwise noted in the class description), include a $15 cancellation fee, and are not available after the registration deadline.
