Mat Pilates

Feeling overwhelmed and flustered? Get out of your head and onto the mat! Fire up your core, increase your flexibility and strength in your entire body as you flow through a series of dynamic movements that will restore balance and proper body alignment. Mat Pilates is a form of exercises that can be modified for all to participate. 

The key components are: incorporating and understanding the importance of your breath, increasing awareness and improving balance and posture, strengthening and toning the muscles in the body, with a strong emphasis on the core. The Instructor will teach modifications for various poses to accommodate students of different levels and abilities. 

Please bring a mat and a water bottle.
