A Summer Musical Experience for Ages 12 and older!
Step into a world where ordinary moments sparkle, friendships blossom, and dreams quite possibly come true. This summer, Mahtomedi Community Education invites you to be part of our second Community Theater Musical, guided by Director Renn Joslyn.
In an atmosphere filled with kindness, creativity, and just a touch of theatrical magic, you’ll join fellow performers on a journey of discovery. Together, you’ll shape heartfelt characters, find the music in your voice, learn dances that swirl and shimmer, and craft enchanting moments destined to delight audiences of all ages.
Become part of the story as we bring a beloved Broadway favorite to life onstage. From the hopeful excitement of auditions to the final bow on closing night, you’ll immerse yourself in every wondrous step of the production. Along the way, our cast will gain hands-on experience in acting, singing, and dancing. Or sign up for the crew and enjoy set, props, and costume creation. All the artistry that makes musical theatre feel a bit like magic!
No matter your experience level, you’ll find a welcoming home in our production. In our supportive and inclusive community, every person has the chance to grow, shine, and discover strengths they never knew they had. And when the curtain finally rises, you’ll feel the thrill of sharing a story with your community—knowing that you helped create something joyful, meaningful, and utterly unforgettable.
Come join us, and let this summer become its own kind of fairytale.
