Walking has proven benefits for physical and mental health - and it's even better when the walk includes members of the community!

Specific dates/times/locations are TBD, but will likely follow the spring schedule of Thursdays at 9 AM. Walks will be held in Mahtomedi.

*All dates are subject to change and will be communicated via email to people who are registered.

Walks are typically 45-60 minutes, with the option to shorten or extend the walk. The goal is to make the walk accessible for different levels of endurance. Routes may vary based on group preference and weather. Friendly dogs are welcome! Registration is required, but you do not have to commit to every week.
