This class is an opportunity to learn how our individual choices play a vital role in determining the quality of both our health and that of the environment. By serving the needs of one we benefit the other. This session will inspire participants to make simple changes in their daily lives that increase the resiliency of our environment, both internal (mind and body) and external (home, community, state, country and the world). This class offers creative and sustainable solutions that support a thriving future for ourselves and our environment. The ideal participant is anyone curious about changes they can make to support healing (themselves, family, environment, world). We encourage everyone to explore what healing looks like and find the options that fit their lifestyle.   • Fantasy Football Training Camp - NEW!

    Learn the fundamentals of fantasy football. If you are new to fantasy football, this is the class for you! Learn how to draft players (there will be a mock 4 round draft), understand important terms and abbreviations needed to succeed in fantasy football, receive tools (websites) that make it fun and easy to compete week to week, and begin a league. Then we will go deep into scoring in fantasy football, the waiver wire, the importance of bye weeks, trades, different kinds of fantasy football leagues, different drafting options (online vs in-person, how to access weekly lineup advice) and having fun! You'll leave with a packet of everything that was discussed, online tools to be successful with fantasy football, as well as my email so that they can ask me questions anytime. Under the guidance of ISD 832 theatre staff, Dennis Joslyn and Joan Fitch, you'll collaborate with fellow cast members to develop your characters, perfect your vocal technique, master intricate dance numbers, and create unforgettable moments that will captivate audiences. Experience the thrill of putting on a full-scale musical production in our first Summer Musical! Dive headfirst into the world of musical theatre as you join our talented team of performers, directors, choreographers, and designers to bring a beloved Broadway hit to life on stage. From auditions to closing night, participants will immerse themselves in every aspect of the production process, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in acting, singing, dancing, set design, costume creation, and more. Throughout rehearsals, you'll work tirelessly to bring depth and authenticity to your performance, discovering the magic of storytelling through song and dance. Whether you're a seasoned performer or new to the stage, our inclusive and supportive environment ensures that everyone has the opportunity to shine and grow as artists. As the curtain rises on opening night, you'll feel the exhilaration of sharing your talents with a live audience, as well as the pride of knowing that you've played a vital role in bringing the magic of Broadway to your community. Auditions: Monday, June 10 and Tuesday, June 11 6:00-9:00 PM Cast and Crew must register by June 9th - $10 REGISTRATION DEADLINE MAY 17 REHEARSALS: June 12 - August 11 2-3 rehearsals per week for larger roles. 1-2 rehearsals for ensemble roles. ALL Cast: Mondays & Tuesday. Oliver! Is the award-winning musical adapted from the novel by Charles Dickens titled "Oliver Twist". The streets of Victorian England come to life as Oliver, a malnourished orphan, becomes the neglected apprentice of an undertaker. Oliver escapes London and finds acceptance amongst some thieves and pickpockets led by the elderly Fagin. When Oliver is captured for a theft he didn’t commit, Mr. Brownlow takes him in and this leads to Fagin wanting to kidnap him back! Will Oliver find the true love of family?
