Volleyball - Boys Summer Camp (completed grades 5-11)VolleyballBoys volleyball is rapidly growing in Minnesota! Beginners to experienced players are welcome at this camp. Players will learn/advance their basic fundamental skills (serving, passing, setting and hitting) with an emphasis on maximum quality contacts, and then incorporate those skills into fun activities and competitions that build a higher understanding of the game. Players will be grouped according to skill level, to allow them to be successful no matter what their previous level of experience is. The plan is to work hard, and have fun learning an awesome sport that can be played for many years to come! Cost includes a T-shirt. Please note: if you are interested in setting specifically, there is an co-ed setting clinic that will happen immediately after this camp ends, and right before the girls camp begins, from 11:30 - 1PM.2025 Summer

Volleyball - Girls Summer Program High School (completed grades 8-11)VolleyballImprove your volleyball skills and be involved in fun competition during camp. Maximize the skills it takes to be a better athlete and focus on building a strong volleyball program. To better accommodate the needs of our athletes, camp will divided into two groups. For the intermediate group (entering grades 9 & 10) Tuesdays will focus on individual skills and position specific training and Thursdays will focus on competitive play. For the advanced group, more focus will be placed on team drills using specialized positions, and incorporating those concepts in scrimmage situations. Cost includes a T-shirt. Make sure to select the correct session for your skill level. Volleyball - Beginner Setting Camp (co-ed completed grades 5-8)VolleyballFor players who would like to learn how to set better, or train to become a setter in the future. Day 1 will focus on hand positioning, contact point, quick release, follow through, and footwork. Day 2 will focus on setting high outside sets coming from a front row and back row base position. Day 3 will focus on setting a middle '2', and day 4 will focus on learning how to back set. Cost includes a T-shirt.2025 Summer

Volleyball - Girls Summer Program Middle School (completed grades 5-7)VolleyballImprove your volleyball skills! Two separate 1-week session camps will feature instruction from MHS volleyball coaches and players focusing on developing volleyball knowledge and perfecting skills like passing, setting, hitting, and serving. Emphasis will be on maximum quality contacts, and to train for future high school volleyball participation. Please note: If you are a 5th grader with prior experience in the youth camp or club, then the middle school camp would be the best fit, if you are in 5th grade and BRAND NEW to volleyball, the Youth Camp would be the best fit. Cost includes a T-shirt. NOTE: if you are interested in setting specifically, and want to learn more there is an additional 1.5 hour co-ed Beginning setting clinic that will happen immediately following the camp in June, from 2:30 - 4:00 (between the boys' and girls' camps).2025 Summer
