Join Mat Pilates and strengthen your core, increase your flexibility, improve your posture, and reduce stress. Joseph Pilates is often attributed to the quote: "In 10 sessions you'll feel the difference, in 20 sessions you'll see the difference, and in 30 sessions you'll have a whole new body." 

All skills are welcome. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat and water. A Pilates ring and band are optional.

Carrie Gronli

Carrie Gronli has been practicing Pilates for over 10 years and has been teaching it for 4 years at La Fitness. She is certified in group fitness, personal training, youth fitness, and nutrition coaching. Her passion is teaching Pilates, but also enjoys teaching yoga, body works, boot camps, and kickbox cardio.
