Jump into the world of fondant - Spring edition! Whether you're a beginner with fondant or just looking to refine your skills, this class is a fun exploration of the world of fondant. 

Each student will receive an 8" cake to decorate with their own fondant creations. After frosting the pre baked cake, you will learn how to roll, shape, and work with fondant to create beautiful flowers, shapes, and spring themed cutouts that bring your cake to life. We'll cover basic techniques for coloring fondant, using cutters and molds, and layering decorations. 

By the end of the class, you'll take home a fully decorated cake that's as impressive as it is tasty. All tools and materials are provided.

Diana Hirte

Diana is a professional cake decorator for over 35 years and is a Certified Wilton Instructor. She has been teaching for over 20 years at many different venues teaching thousands of students the art of cake, cupcake and cookie decorating. With her continued training she has all the latest decorating skills including, fondant cakes, and gum paste flowers.
