Ashland Theater: The Grunch (grades 3-5)

Inspired by “The Grinch Who Stole Christmas”, The Grunch tells the story of Rudy Grunch, a grumpy 6th grader who always feels like an outsider. When the entire school gets excited about the annual school musical, he comes up with a perfect plan to ruin it for everyone; he’ll steal the sets, costumes and lights the night before it opens. But will the spirit of theatre prevail? Min 30/Max 45 Instructor: Ashland Theater

8:00-9:00 AM (please arrive between 7:50-8:00; no earlier) Rehearsal begins promptly at 8:00 AM.

*Tech rehearsals and performances take place at the theater in the Maplewood YMCA/Community Center. Tech rehearsals are February 24, 25, 26 from 4:30-6:30 PM and performances are Saturday, Feb 28 at 4pm and March 1st at 1pm. Parents are responsible for transportation to and from.
