Strength and Balance for Adults 55+

2025 Summer

This group class will help older adults regain strength, balance and flexibility to reduce falls and increase independence. Classes are taught by nationally certified fitness professionals, all trainers have been certified in the Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program (AFEP). The Arthritis Foundation certification indicates that your trainer has had additional training to help adapt exercises and movements to better accommodate those participants who have arthritis. You do not have to have arthritis to participate in this class. 

All fitness levels welcome! Class meets twice a week.

Live 2 B Healthy is all about helping adults stay active, strong, and confident through fun and engaging group fitness classes. Our certified trainers create safe, effective workouts designed to improve mobility, balance, and overall well-being. Plus, staying active isn’t just great for the body—it’s essential for the mind! Regular exercise supports brain health, improves memory, and reduces the risk of cognitive decline, helping seniors stay sharp and engaged in daily life.
