Your child has the opportunity to engage in a fantastic day of creativity this winter! The Creativity Festival is a one-day field trip open to OHA students in grades 3-5. It takes place on Tuesday, January 7th, 2025, at the University of Minnesota's Ted Mann Concert Hall. Hundreds of students spend the day learning with visual and performing artists and STEM professionals during three breakout sessions. This interactive day challenges your students' creativity, strengthens their problem-solving skills, and ignites their imagination. If your child has ever attended the Young Authors Conference, you know how valuable and motivating an experience like this can be.
Your registration fee includes registration for the Creativity festival and bus transportation from O.H.Anderson Elementary 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
Students will need to bring a bagged lunch and beverage from home.
We would love chaperones on this trip! There is no fee to volunteer to chaperone. You would need to be available Tuesday, January 7th from 7:45 AM - 2:00 PM. Please indicate during registration if you would be available to chaperone.
