Feeling overwhelmed and flustered? Get out of your head and onto the mat! Fire up your core, increase your flexibility and strength in your entire body as you flow through a series of dynamic movements that will restore balance and proper body alignment. Mat Pilates is a form of exercises that can be modified for all to participate. The key components are: incorporating and understanding the importance of your breath, increasing awareness and improving balance and posture, strengthening and toning the muscles in the body, with a strong emphasis on the core. The Instructor will teach modifications for various poses to accommodate students of different levels and abilities. 

What to bring: a mat and a water bottle.
