ECFE builds on family strengths and supports families in their efforts to raise their infants, toddlers and preschool aged children. Families attend classes together to experience learning in a safe environment to prepare for preschool and kindergarten.
We are excited to offer a summer wrestling camp led by varsity coach Joe Leif. Join the fun and enjoy this opportunity to wrestle in the summer. Wrestling is a universal conditioner for a myriad of sports and can enhance the skills of competitors in football, basketball, lacrosse, soccer, track, cross-country or any sport. Using the USA Wrestling folk style fundamental techniques, athletes will learn takedowns, pinning, escapes, reversals and defensive moves. Participate in drills, improve stamina, strength, agility, explosiveness and power. Coach: Joe Leif assisted by varsity wrestlers.
